This notice describes the information collected by the Made For You website's gift enquiry form. For privacy questions, email info@madeforyou.co.za.

What you choose to share

The enquiry form asks for your name and email address, the gifting occasion, a description of the recipient, your budget and personalisation ideas. You may also provide a phone number, company, preferred date, quantity and delivery area.

Please share only the information needed for your gift brief. Do not include identity numbers, payment-card details, sensitive personal information or recipient contact lists.

How your enquiry is used

Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, discuss options and prepare a quote. Submitting the form does not place an order or subscribe you to marketing.

Enquiries are sent to Made For You by email. The website host and email provider process information as needed to operate these services. If your enquiry becomes an order, any further information needed for production or delivery can be discussed at that stage.

Cookies and technical information

The website does not include advertising trackers, analytics services or third-party embedded videos. Images, fonts and videos are served from this website.

An essential session cookie is created when you submit the enquiry form. It helps verify the submission and prevent duplicate messages. The website also uses temporary, hashed connection identifiers and submission counters to limit spam. These counters are not used for advertising.

Your hosting provider may keep routine technical logs, such as IP addresses, request times and error records, to operate and secure the service.

Saving a copy of your brief

If the email service is unavailable, you may copy or download your brief. These actions take place in your browser. A downloaded copy is saved on your own device and is not sent to Made For You automatically.

Access, correction and deletion requests

To ask about information you submitted, request a correction or request deletion, contact info@madeforyou.co.za. Include enough information to identify your enquiry without sending unnecessary sensitive documents. Some records may need to be retained to fulfil an order, resolve a dispute or meet applicable record-keeping requirements.
